by the way, thanks Guan Yu, the Saint of War for pointing out the mistakes in spelling and grammar altogether. to answer your question, the effects are only negated until the end phase. now if it where to appear in lets say the anime, that's a different story. i think they would be permanently negated. but as for OCG sake, it is not.

Effect is pretty generic from what Konami has made.

By the way, do the negated cards stay negated or until the End Phase?
