I've sat on this card for a while now, revising, and re-editing, rehashing and remaking it's effect. I feel that it is finally time to Grace the floor with this card. Please feel free to critique and help me make this card better.

As the first rank 12 XYZ I ever seen or could even think of, I like it. But I think there could be some extra side effects to the banishing of said monsters, and that the target area could be more broad. And I like the artwork.

Some OCG fixes:

2 Level 12 Monsters

When this card is special summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This card is unaffected by card effects. During either players turn You can detach 1 Xyz Material; Send 1 card from your opponent's field, hand, or deck to the banished zone, that card cannot leave the banished zone for the rest of the duel. (This is not considered as being banished). Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect.

Thank you for the critique. I have upped the ante with his secondary effect, which turns him into a living field spell. This was decided as to go with his mythological role, as the literal sky. Thank you for the OCG fix as well.

I hope the Secondary effect works for you instead of a side effect. Might be overpowered, especially if you manage to get him out with a Necrovalley and Seal of Orichalcos equipped, at least in a Gravekeeper deck. But then again, you would need 2 level 12 monsters in the first place. At the moment, those are very limited. 12 usable level 12 monsters currently exist in the game. What a coincidence.

This card is, versus the vast majority of decks, an instant win condition. The only way to remove it from the field is to have higher ATK. Here's a list of cards with higher or equal ATK:

  • Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
  • Five-Headed Dragon
  • Machina Force
  • Malefic Truth Dragon
  • Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon
  • Number 22: Zombiestein
  • Rainbow Neos
  • Rocket Arrow Express
  • Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer

Okay, that's a problem. Still, if the card is hard enough to summon, an instant win condition might be okay. Here's the easiest way I can think of to summon this card in a semi-functional deck, namely, a Dragon deck. Here's the cards you need in your hand:

  • 2 x Blue-Eyes White Dragon OR Fusion Substitute
  • 1 x Blue-Eyes White Dragon
  • 1 x Polymerization OR Fusion Sage OR King of the Swamp
  • 1 x Dragon's Mirror

Consider that Blue-Eyes White Dragon can be searched out very easily by Kaibaman, The White Stone of Legend, Maiden with Eyes of Blue and Summoner's Art, and Polymerization by Elemental Hero Woodsman. The only non-searchable card here is Dragon's Mirror. We only need 5 cards in our hand for our win condition, 4 of which are searchable and variable. Here's what we then do:

  1. Activate Polymerization to Fusion Summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
  2. Activate Dragon's Mirror to Fusion Summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
  3. Xyz Summon 2x Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to form Primordial of Sky - Uranus and win the game.

In conclusion, this card is tremendously overpowered. I'm not sure how you'd like to change it. Harsher summoning conditions, less effect immunity, or a less brutal effect might be in order.

Edit: Forgot Ultimate required 3 Dragons.

I can see your point. But consider this. It will never do more than 4500, and it will never do piercing damage. It can only make 1 attack per turn, no matter what. Even his own field spell card eff wont power him up, as he is not effected by any card. Also if Skill Drain is on the field, all of this comes to naught, as it would negate his effects as soon as he even touches the field.

Correct me if I'm wrong on how skill drain would work. That Said, I'll make it 3 level 12 monsters. Then, your blue eyes deck will be semi strained to get 3 ultimates out at once.

His effect would over-ride Skill Drain. 4500 is entirely sufficient for a monster that can (almost) never be removed from the field, as the only way to damage the controlling player would then be through Burn damage or direct attacks.

I think 3 Level 12 monsters might be going too far in that direction. Summoning 2 Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragons would require most of a deck dedicated to exactly that, which makes for a very gimmicky and inconsistent deck. I don't think 2 Level 12 monsters is a problem because it's not usable in any competitive texts, and this would only provide a boost to an otherwise useless deck. Perhaps you should keep it as it is. Just thought I'd let you know the easiest way to summon it that I can think of.

I wonder why uranus that is a minor God has 12 stars here...however it's a bit op and every card must have a weak point, unless you decide that it returns back to the extra deck during the EP.... or you can make its invulnerability last only during the turn it is summoned, also you should add that it can't attack directly. And i think you should reword it like this: once per turn: You can detach 1 xyz material from this card to apply 1 of the following effects. @ banish the top card of your opponent's deck; @ banish 1 random card in your opponent's hand; @ banish 1 card your opponent controls. That banished card cannot return in game this Duel.

4500 and immunity to everything is imbalanced, not because it's devastating to your opponent, but because the enemy has essentially no way to interact with or get past it. You have already won if it's out.

That being said it would be a dick and a half to make because Tannhauser Gate can only boost 2 monsters.

well, it has 13 stars.... then Zeus how many stars should have? 15? moreover konami already released an Athena card and she's only 7 or 8

It only has 12 stars, and Zeus would have 12 stars, if he were a card that's how much I would give him.

Also lets try to leave more Greek mythology out of this and talk more about the card.
