Retro Chocolate
Hey guys! I've made this card series I call the Epic card series. I'm still making more cards and I'll add the text for some cards soon (they are kinda hard to read). I will also fix any errors. If you have any suggestions on changing cards or what other cards I should make, post it in the comments. Here is what I have right now: Interplanetary Dark Magician Girl Overlord of Ancient City Rainbow Ruins: [attachment=40253:Epic Series 1.jpg] Lore: 5 level 12 monsters This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each "Dark Magician" and "Magician of Black Chaos" in either players graveyard. Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; Tribute any number of monsters from your hand and/or from your side of the field (minimum 1), then destroy an equal number of cards on the field. If this card would be destroyed card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz material instead. Place 1 Dark Magic counter on this card. If there are 3 Dark Magic counters on this card, you win the duel. You can use cards in your graveyard as Xyz materials for this monster, but they are immediately detached. You can also use rank 12 monsters as Xyz materials for this monster. If a level 12 monster would be summoned to the field, attach it to this card as a Xyz material instead. During either players turn: you can send all "Crystal Beast" monsters you control to the graveyard: this card gains 1000 attack for each card sent. Stargoz the Destructor: [attachment=40254:Epic series 2.jpg] Error: "Destroy all monsters on the field except this card" not " Destroy all monsters on the field" The Revival of Stargoz: [attachment=40256:Epic Series 3.jpg] Error: "Whose levels are equal to 12 or more" not "That are equal to 12 or more" Link: [attachment=40255:Epic Series 4.jpg] Like Like: [attachment=40257:Epic Series 5.jpg] Beaver: [attachment=40258:Epic Series 6.jpg] Note: once per turn is not a quick effect and can only be used during your turn By the Power of Beavers: [attachment=40259:Epic Series 7.jpg]
Retro Chocolate
press ctrl and = to zoom in. it makes some of the lore (Specifically Dark Magician Girl's) Easier to read. Also, I'm new to this and I can't figure out how to attach a file when editing. Can someone tell me how? Thanks :) Edit: I think I figured it out. Neochu-H
you know you can just "post" the lore.
Retro Chocolate
Yes I know. I'm going to do that but until then. Edit: I finished putting the lore in for dark magician girl. The rest are pretty easy to read so I don't think I need to put the lore in.
Retro Chocolate
Although some references are obvious, I have a couple references in my cards you may not have seen: IDMGOACRR(dark magician girl abbreviated): Interplanetary in it's name is a reference to interplanetarypurplythorny dragon. Dark magician girl is obviously a reference to dark magician girl. Overlord of is a reference to The Heiretic Sun Dragon overlord of Heliopolis. Originally it was interplanetary dark magician girl overlord of Heliopolis, but I later changed it. Ancient city rainbow ruins is actually a reference to rainbow dragon, but it went with rainbow dragon and sounded better. You can also see a reference to number 88: the gimmick puppet of Leo in it's instant win effect Stargoz, the destructor: the name is a reference to regular show because in one episode, rigby says this "Awesome I wanna name a star! I'm gonna name that moving one Stargoz, the Destructor". The ritual is just made up to summon Stargoz Link and Like Like: both obviously references to the legend of zelda. By the Power of Beavers: Although the monster has no reference, the spell does. It's a reference to YouTube show called game theory. In one episode, they are trying to connect all video game worlds into one. After connecting in donkey kong country, he says this "And that connects in our favorite bear and bird combo, Banjo Kazooie. How you might ask. By the power of beavers. The picture is from that part of the video.
