Okay, so the name and picture are rather silly, when I started making the card, it was purely out of boredom, but then I realised it actually has a good effect. xD

 

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: Draw 1 card. During either player's turn, when a monster you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster. You can only activate the effect of "Pon Pon Cheerleader" once per turn.

A free draw + free revive + 4 star for generic xyz+ LIGHT for dark/light fuel decks. I don't think this would work.

Free draw when normal summoned. Banishing from grave to revive a monster isn't a free. Can't Argue with it generic XYZ material. And I also can't argue against it being easily searchable, but the draw effect is only gained when normal summoned anyways. I also think you mean this card would work too well.

But I for one think this card is well balanced. Maybe on the strong side but not too strong by any means.

I guess so, but wouldn't it render Cardcar D obsolete since it doesn't end the turn and allows for other effects?

I think I agree more with Ludisir but you could remove the "When Normal Summoned: Draw 1 card" part of the effect and it would still be a good card in my opinion.
