Super Saiyan 2 Gohan

Not trying to steal hulkty's gig with the Dragon Ball cards, but here's how I'd like Gohan to be if he were made into a card:

 

 

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing all monsters you control (min. 3).  Cannot be targeted by Spells, Traps or card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect is activated: You can negate the activation and destroy that card. You must have 1000 Life Points or less to activate and to resolve this effect.

I like this card very much, the effect seems like something you'd see in the anime when the protagonist is low on life points and top decking, then does some crazy combo and wins *cough* Yugi and his God cards *cough*.

 

As for representing the character I have never watched the anime (yes I know, don't need to hate) but I did play the game and I suppose as becoming a super sayian is something they do more as a last resort? In that case the low life points makes sense for his effect.

The only issue with this card is that it has to banish all monsters, min 3, to be summoned. And then its effect has to have 1000 or less LP. How many times do you have 1000 LP and three monsters?

Fair enough. Then would you recommended removing the 1000 LP condition? Do you think it would still be balanced then or do you think I should add a different restriction?

Lol, thanks for reviewing. The 1000 LP was more of an attempt to make the card balanced but it does also kinda link to the series in how Gohan didn't turn Super Saiyan 2 the first time until he was really pressured.
