First off, OCG

 

If this face-down card on the field is flipped face up; it is flipped face-down at the end of the Chain. When this card is flipped face-up: you can discard 1 card to destroy all face-up Spell/Trap cards on the field and flip all monsters to face-down Defense Position.

 

Any Traps set by this effect wouldnt be able to be activated anyway, plus needs a drawback if you have a continuous spell and use this effect.

 

Regardless, seems really overpowered, what as a reusable heavy storm + swords of concealing light packed in a 2000 body.

Perhaps make the destruction portion a once per player, per duel effect. Just to prevent the previously mentioned once per turn heavy storm effect. You could also reduce the ATK as well because the card has no real use for it.

 

An alternative would be to make it level 5 or 6 so it at least costs something to bring out.

God, this is just.. I don't even know how to put it. Its just sooo retarded, its not even funny. Just forget about this card, its unfixable. Way to easily abused, and no amount of altering will fix that.
