the_engineer
Must be Special Summoned (From you Extra Deck) by having at least 8 monsters in your Graveyard and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned, target as many monsters with the same type and level in your graveyard; Attach them to this card as Xyz materials. This card's original Rank becomes equal to the level of the attached monster(s); This card gains ATK/DEF equal to its Rank x500. You can banish all Xyz materials from this card: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each Xyz material banished to activate this effect. If this card has no Xyz material(s); Return it to the Extra Deck.
razzy
Interesting idea. Although I was a little confused when I first read it by some of the things. The ocg needs some fixing and I'm not 100% sure how that would be but I could start/help. Must be Special Summoned (From you Extra Deck) by having at least 8 monsters in your Graveyard and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Target as many monsters in your Graveyard, as possible, that share a Type and Level; attach them to this card as Xyz materials. This card's Rank becomes the same as the Level of the monster(s) targeted by this effect. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to it's Rank x500. You can detach all Xyz materials from this card; inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each Xyz material detached.

Dog King
wouldnt this means its rank can be over 12?
the_engineer
wouldnt this means its rank can be over 12? i don't think it can do that, since it searches his materials in the graveyard (so no level-increasing effects)
Dog King
no because if you lets say you target 4 level 4 monsters in your grave to attack to it then this cards rank is lv16 and its attack is 8000
the_engineer
no because if you lets say you target 4 level 4 monsters in your grave to attack to it then this cards rank is lv16 and its attack is 8000 It doesn't say "Total level", it says only "level", so if you attach all level 6 monsters, it will be a rank
ShiosaiIke
I'm a bit unsure about it's summoning requirements, it goes against the nature of XYZ's and seems to act a bit more like a strange Fusion card (Like the Masked Heroes) than a proper XYZ, let alone a number card. Additionally, The effect doesn't really fit in with the Number cards; For example, Number 106's ability (Giant Hand) is that when a card effect is activated, you can detach 2 XYZ materials and target one effect monster your opponent controls, and then while Number 106 is face-up on the field, that monster can't activate it's ability nor change it's battle position; this is akin to a large hand literally grabbing the monster, constricting it so that it can do very little. Even Number 30 (Acid Golem of Destruction)'s ability is linked to it in a hypothetical way; as long as it has XYZ materials, the monster is stable, but once it does not, it collapses into a pool of acid, burning the owner and having no other use. I'd recommend taking a look at Number 57's ability, which you may have based this card upon (Tri-Head Dust Dragon.) Very few archetypes have more than one Non-Chaos number card, so I'd also recommend perhaps making this a Chaos form of 57. Onto it's effect alone, this could quite easily be abused. You would only really need to make a deck of 40 cards that are all the same level (most likely level 4: those things swarm packets everywhere) and then allow your opponent to mill 10 cards of the same level into your graveyard. Then you can summon this card out, and most likely pull a One-Turn Knockout. Additionally, since this card only needs 8 monsters in the graveyard to be summoned, if they were all the same level then that would be a minimum of 6400 damage dealt by its effect, which is very close to a complete knockout: you'd simply need to wipe the field, then attack with something that has a minimum of 1600 ATK. About its nature (being a dragon formed by cosmic gases and particles) i think it could fit with its effect since, like a nebula, it forms itself by "aspiring" all the debris and gases around its nucleus inside a giant cloud of shining elements (we consider the graveyard as the place where the dust comes from), then, it can release all of its material to destroy itself and recreate a new form from new materials (hence the reason i changed the effect to return the card to the extra when it has no materials, since they where banished). For the summoning, well, i tried to make something more original, i didn't mean to create a broken and abusable feature.
