Entirely Anti-Number, in a manner similar to how the Meklord Emperors are Anti-Synchro.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When an effect of a "Number" Xyz Monster is activated by detaching its own Xyz Material(s): Negate the activation, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. This card cannot be targeted by the effect(s) of "Number" monsters. Once per turn: You can discard 2 monster cards to target 1 face-up "Number" monster your opponent controls; Detach all Xyz Material from that monster, and if you do, that monster cannot activate any effects for the rest of this Duel.
2900 ATK / 2100 DEF

Altered it's effect, now there is lest cost and more effect; if a number monster has all it's XYZ material detached by this card, that number cannot activate any abilities whatsoever for the rest of the duel. (Meaning cards that give numbers effects would be a waste, since that number could not activate the effect.)

This card is based quite heavily around the Meklord Emperors, which are level 1 but have 2500 ATK/DEF. I upped the attack, but reduced the defence by the same ammount, meaning that the combined ATK/DEF of this card is the same as the combined ATK/DEF of the Meklord emperors: 5000. I was originally going to give it an ability that made it treated as a monster with more level or rank, but I decided against it. If I get another review (That is a legitimate review and not some attempt by a troll) that says it's level is too low, then I'll definitely change it, but for now I'll leave it like that.

I think that if this card COULD be Normal Summoned, it would have to be level 7 or 8, but since it isn't able to be Normal Summoned, level 1 is fine (especially since it's based off of Meklords, who have high stats for low level monsters but are useless unless your opponent runs Synchros.) Much like Meklords, its effects only really useful against certain monsters (in this case Numbers.)  I personally think that Numbers needed a counter anyway, seeing as some of them have no real way to be countered.

Guardian fire, in think you misread my post. I wasn't referring to your post, I was saying if the next post was an obvious attempt by a troll (which it wasn't) then i would ignore the post after yours, because it would obviously be a waste of time. Your post was a very legitimate one, and I wasn't referring to it, nor you as a troll. For char the blade, that's exactly what I was trying to do, and I completely agree with you about the Anti-Numbers. This card alone could potentially bring Number 9: Dyson Sphere to its knees, which is a pain to do anything to since it negates attacks and re-attaches material when it runs out.
