Lucas Maximus
Improve on the uniqueness of the card name a little, Water Dragon is a little plain and boring. The cards effect is a little overpowered, it cannot take damage and cannot be destroyed by battle. >.<Still I'm not entirely sure the effect is worded right, it seems a little off to me, I'm not sure why though.Still nice card, well done, I can see good things from you in the future. ^_^8/

If you're going to have it survive every battle, you need to give it some kind of drawback (like Spirit Reaper, for example). Then, it will be an awesome card. overall - 12.12/13.69 ^_^ P.S. Water Dragon is already a real card: here
