When your opponent's monster declare an attack: you can detach 1 Xyz Material and Target 1 Set card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone; reveal that target, if it is a Trap Card, force its activation as your cards,if the activation condition of the Trap Card is incorrect, negate its effect and if you do, destroy it. (If its not a Trap Card, return it face-down).Cards and effect cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. The idea is to being able to use opponent's trap when they're attacking, i think its kinda broken so i put the material to DARK instead of generic, and give low stat, any input is welcomed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

razzy Posted January 3, 2014 Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 The way I understand it is traps like BTH could not be effected by this effect, and if it could and your opponent already had it set cause they went first there would be zero reason why they wouldn't chain it to the summon of this. So I guess my point was meant more toward the fact there are so few traps that can be activated "when an attack is declared" that this card could effect, and mirror force is probably the only one that sees any real play. Hexanort Posted January 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 yeah its mostly for using opponent attack response trap like mirror/dprison it could use generic trap like raigeki break too but little chance since your opponent can just use it directly before attacking, i'm thinking of limiting the "cannot be responsed" effect to the targeted card only, and make this card cannot be targeted by trap, not sure it would be balanced though 2 Level 4 monsters. Most cards have something special about them, something unique, but this card just feels... Generic. I can't really say why, it's just what I feel.
