This guy's effect is pretty crazy but before I try to do anything else to him I'd like your opinions on it. Go crazy!

 

Cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a Monster effect is activated: Tribute 1 face-up Monster; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that Monster. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle Special Summon 1 "Doomcaliber Knight" from your deck, ignoring its Summoning Conditions.

Artwork fits perfectly. The effect? Hmm...not awesome but nice. It's obvious that this card needs to be played in some deck that easily spam tributable stuff...yorishiro might help as well
