Field Spell

Each time the opponent adds a card(s) from their deck to their hand (Drawing cards counts as adding them to the hand): Place 1 Floor Counter on this card for each card added to their hand. Once during each of your standby phases: Place 1 Floor Counter on this card. For each Floor Counter on this card, Monsters you control gain 100 ATK. If this card has 6 or more Floor Counters on it: You choose the attack targets for your opponent's attacks. If the opponent destroys 2 or more monsters by battle in 1 turn while this card has 4 or more Floor Counters on it: Remove Floor counters from this card equal to the number of cards they destroyed by battle, and the opponent may add 1 card from their graveyard to their hand, then for each Floor Counter removed from this card, they may shuffle 1 card from their graveyard into their deck.

I wanted to make a field that gives a benefit of sorts to each player in different ways, but eh...
