The effect of "Down Pour" can only be activated once per turn. [hr] First single in a while so don't be too rough. Intended for a CCG not a TCG so rate by overal balance. BleuConviction Posted January 13, 2014 Report Share Posted January 13, 2014 I just feel like the effect could be A little more useful: Double Summon Pretty much outclasses this, however it could be for a deck based on having WATER monsters in your graveyard.
