Hey guys, Please dont change the effect, I really need help with the lore of this card. 
This card is meant to be the ultimate card, So all the helpwould be great. 

Also, maybe another name sugestions, and the type of monster it should be.

Other than that please dont change its effect, just a better way of stating it.

 

okay, its meant to do this :

 

Once per turn you can detach one XYZ material from this card. On your opponents side of the field, all monsters ATK becomes 0, and all face up cards they control lose their effects, and set card cannot be activated for the rest of the duel. Once per turn you can target one card in your graveyard, this card gains levels equal to that card, and that cards name. This cards effect cannot be chained by any other card effect. During the end phase, the controller of this card loses the duel.

 

Yes ik that XYZ are ranks, but im trying something new here.

And this is how it would be summoned ( if you care to know, if not, then no point reading after this points :P ), Id have 2 level 7 Mermails on the field, then Id use [Abyssmander]s effect to let them gains 1 level by banishing [Abyssmander] from my graveyard. Now i have 2 level 9 monsters, then id use [Lemuria, the Forgotten City]s effect, and let them gain another 2 levels, then i have 2 level 10 monsters on my field. Id use another  [Lemuria, the Forgotten City], by replacing the one i have on the field already, and use its effect again. Now i have 2 level 12 monsters on my field to XYZ summon this guy. Nice right?

Well to begin Number 100 was already revealed (sort of), but ignoring that, proper OCG as you asked:

 

Once per turn, you can detach one Xyz material from this card; the ATK of all monsters your opponent currently controls becomes 0, and their effects are negated. Also, your opponent cannot activate any Set Spell/Trap cards for the rest of the Duel. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster in your graveyard; this card's name becomes the name of that targeted monster, and is treated as the same Level as that monster. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to the activation of this card's effects. During the End Phase: If you control this face-up card; you lose the Duel.

Well the Duel Losing thing was an interesting balance to his effects. But it is quite a bit for one card to do. Particularly OP is the stopping of all Set card activation for the remained of the Duel,  in the event you do not win/lose during this turn. Not starting a chain is OK, not that they can chain anything anyway.

 

All in all I would say that it is a fairly unrealistic card, due to overabundance of effects creating one massive OP effect, no matter how dangerous the duel loss clause is.

So this is pretty much for OTK-ing or last resort. Interesting idea ( This could be summoned correctly by using Galaxy Queens Light on a level 12 Monster) 

For OCG (It looks fine but im not the one to judge that)

If anything I would recommend is to increase the ATK of this monster for greater potential. (Because the summoning requirements are fairly hard to aquire)

Great Job on the card.

:D omg, thank you so much, you dont know how much that means :')

 

ANd yes, you completely understand it, its meant as a last resort, I wanted it to be hard to summon to help balance its extremely unfair effect. and then 3000 ATK seemed fair, i was considering 4000, but then i thought id be just pushing it.
