Philemon
Tried to combine real life lore and in-game effects. I kinda liked how it ended up but I'm not sure if it's too much for too little cost. Picture is from here
1 LIGHT Tuner + 2 or more non-LIGHT non-Tuner monsters Must first be Synchro Summoned. The Synchro Summon of this Monster cannot be negated. When this card destroys a Monster by battle, destroy every other card on the field. This card cannot attack directly. When this card leaves the field: you can Special Summon one Level 9 or lower Fairy-Type Monster from your Extra Deck.
Thoughts?
goddamnit names are a pain
1 LIGHT Tuner + 2 or more non-LIGHT non-Tuner monsters Must first be Synchro Summoned. The Synchro Summon of this Monster cannot be negated. When this card destroys a Monster by battle, destroy every other card on the field. This card cannot attack directly. When this card leaves the field: you can Special Summon one Level 8 or lower Fairy-Type monster from your Extra Deck. I feel the direct attack clause hurts it. Being Level 10 is ok, I suppose, but that summon requirement is a pain. I would consider changing level to nine (Agents might get this), or dropping materials to 2, leaning towards the latter. Maybe change level and materials to stop Hyperion Earth plays. Odin is a better choice Also, you beat me to the Hindu god cards! XD I was going to make them, for real. World History this semester inspired me.
L0rdL0ss
Having to have 3 materials would really make this card a pain to get out. I would suggest making it 2 and maybe changing the effect to just destroy 1 other card on the field instead of every other card on the field. That would make this card an even bigger waste of time. It's fine as is with destruction.

World History this semester inspired me. I tried to balance power and expense: it's strong, but not enough to run over the opponent on it's own. Level 9 would make it easier (and would fit considering Shiva is a Hindu God), but I think I'll keep the 3 materials. I was going to make a series, but I couldn't come up with a good theme for them and I want to try and finish my Black Luster Soldier archetype before I try anything big. So create away buddy. Having to have 3 materials would really make this card a pain to get out. I would suggest making it 2 and maybe changing the effect to just destroy 1 other card on the field instead of every other card on the field. I like the idea of Paying for Power, the more time and effort it requires the more potent it'll be. The 3 Materials is a part of the cost for a field nuke. goddamnit names are a pain
Just to note, the real cost seems to be the destroy by battle. So many people (everyone who can) will attempt to stop this guy's attack. The payoff is good though. Make a Vishnu that works with this (such as not being destroyed by card effects) so that a direct attack can be made. HINDU UNISON *Add third primary Hindu god Synchro here*

Something like a Brahman counterpart to Horakhty or Armityle.
