Philemon
With some nudging from TechGenusMaster, we have the second in the Hindu trio, Vishnu the Preserver. Made as a counterpart and back-up to Shiva the Destroyer.
1 LIGHT Tuner + 2 or more non-LIGHT non-Tuner monsters Must first be Synchro Summoned. The Synchro Summon of this Monster cannot be negated. Cards on your side of the field cannot be destroyed by effects that do not target them. During the End Phase, if you did not attack this turn: Draw 1 card.
EDIT: Got rid of the part where only he doesn't have too attack, considering how weak he is that's pretty obvious to change. goddamnit names are a pain
I would change it to "if you did not attack" since the draw is pretty much guaranteed. Nicely done though. The DEF stat may be high for a nine though, but it IS hard to summon, and has almost no attack. I like it. =P EDIT: I should be able to be Summoned via Shiva, IMO. I would change that. Other level 9 Synchro Walls aren't as strict about the materials (see Floatress and Giganticastle), so I think giving him the lion's share of the DEF is ok. I would, but I like to keep the summoning conditions uniform, and I think it would be a bit much if that were the case. Say your opponent beats Shiva head on or uses a Spell, then you can just summon a wall with +1 drawing power each turn you stall. I think it would be a bit much personally. goddamnit names are a pain
Removal is dang easy though. Even ones that target are common. Also, drawing during the end phase makes you think you get another turn. =P But who do you have in mind to be SS by Shiva?

Mainly Chaos Goddess, Avenging Knight Parshath and some of the Vylon's. I thought there were more Extra Deck Fairies when I made it, but I guess not. goddamnit names are a pain
Ancient Sacred seems legit. xD What would be your main way to actually get 1-2 of the gods out at once? It's going to need a dang dedicated deck.

It's going to need a dang dedicated deck. Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma (when I make him) are kinda like the various other God cards, requiring 3 tributes and having powerful effects. I'm not much of a meta guy, I just make cards as I see 'em. But I imagine this would work well in Chaos decks.
