Jamming with The Frogs

During Either player's turn if you control a face-up "Frog the Jam", you can send this card from your hand to your Graveyard. While this card is in your Graveyard, if a Level 2 Normal WATER monster attacks or is attacked, your opponent takes all damage involving that monster(s). During the End Phase, banish this card from your Graveyard.

 

Jammed Frogs

If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, you can Special Summon up to 2 Level 2 or lower Normal WATER monsters from your Deck. You can banish this card from your Graveyard: Increase the level of all face-up Level 2 or lower Normal monsters you control by 1.

Still, the destruction effect seems far too broad. I'd probably restrict it so that it only destroys all Level 2 or lower WATER monsters (except "Frog the Jam", even though he still qualifies for the effect)
