I wanted to make a new archtype with Dual Attribute

I want to make a new Archtype called Golden Creatures they are considered Light type creatures and have effs that deal with them being Dual type creatures.

 

 

This is the first of my creations I hope it is balanced. 

 

 

Keria, Dancer of the Golden Seas 
WATER

XYZ RANK 4 

Fish 

1 Level 4 WATER monster + 1 Level 4 LIGHT Monster 
 While face-up on the field or in the graveyard, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. When this card is summoned, target 1 face-up monster on the field; change that target to face-down Defense Position or Flip 1 face-down monster on the field into face-up Attack Position. Once during any players turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; and banish this card then at the beginning of the next phase special summon it to the battlefield with all of the remaining XYZ material attached. (Quick effect.)

While face-up on the field or in the graveyard, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. When this card is summoned negate all spell and trap effects under your opponents control until your next standby phase. Once per either players turn; you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card to XYZ summon a monster from your gravyard or Extra Deck other than "Jedissa, Queen of the Golden Seas." that monster gains 1000 atk can't be destroyed by card effects this turn.

Equip this card only to a "Golden Seas" monster. As long as the equipped monster remains face up on the field it can not be targeted by card effects or trap cards it gains 1000 atk during your opponents battle phase and 500 atk during your battle phase.

If a "Golden Seas" card would be destroyed you can negate it once per card, per turn and special summon a "Gilded Fish Token" (Fish-Type/Water/Level 4/ATK1000/DEF1000) or a "Gilded Spirit Token" (Spellcaster-Type/Light/Level 4/ATK1000/DEF1000) onto the battlefield tapped it can not be used for a tribute or synchro summon
