ShiosaiIke
Okay, I seriously give up on all of you idiots. I regret making this a thread in the first place. If you don't have the materials in your deck, you can't summon the fusion monster. Simple as that. Why the hell would you be running anything else in an Xyz Dragon Cannon deck? So by all of your logic it would be a good idea to throw all these random ass archetypes in the deck? I will say it once more just so everyone has it down: YOU HAVE TO BANISH THE EXACT MATERIALS OF THE FUSION MONSTER FROM YOU HAND, DECK, OR GRAVEYARD. Go ahead and try to summon something outside of the Xyz Dragon Cannon archetype with this thing. It'll be a challenge. I thought it would be fun to show off support for dying archetypes, but I was wrong. Continue your circlejerk in peace. 1: Dont be disrespectful. It will get you nowhere, and people will hate you for it, resulting in people not wanting to view your stuff. 2: This would be better off as a Contact Fusion than an Xyz. Xyz's never list specific monsters, only monsters of a certain type/archetype with a specific level. 3: I accept your challange, and shall now explain how it is easy as all hell to abuse the heck out of this card: All you need to do is to have like, three copies of both X-Head and Y-Dragon to splash this card into any deck out there. For example, I could put the six cards into a 'Joey Deck,' where all the cards are monsters, and have every other card be dragon-type. While the chances of getting a Dragon-type monster from a draw is obviously in the majority, i've still got a chance of drawing an X or Y monster. I then overlay them to summon this monster. Boom, I detach it's Xyz materials, get rid of five Dragon-types from wherever the hell I wish, and bang, I have Five-Headed Dragon on the field. Five-Headed fufils the requirements because A: It has the letter V in it's name, and B: It is a fusion card, and I can ignore it's summoning requirements. (Meaning i dont need to fusion summon it.) Then, due to your monster's effect, the only way to destroy this card is to have a monster on the field with over 5000 ATK that is either LIGHT-Attribute, or is one of the Egyptian Gods, being Divine attribute. Not an easy task, considering the Light monster would probably need a HUGE buff to top this card, and the Gods need three monsters to be summoned. Thats just one way this card could be abused. Instead of Dragon-types, I run a full Machine-Type 'Joey Deck' with a copy of Cyber Dragon in it somewhere. The XY's fit in perfectly, and It could run along like a regular duel. Suddenly, I summon this monster, and then use it's ability on Chimeratech Overdragon: It has a V in the name, so i can do it. I choose to banish all Machine-Type monsters from my Hand, Deck and Graveyard, since Chimeratech's requirements allow for more than one machine-type to be used. Surprise motherf*****, I've got a monster on my field that has something close to 32,000 ATK, and can attack up to 34-ish times. Your opponent cant destroy it by card effect, and it would undeniably demolish everything else on the field, then proceed to slam your opponent up to 29 times: This results in a total of 928000 Life Point damage inflicted, and i'm pretty sure most people are lucky to get over 12000 LP. Voila, I just won your challange. Please give me my cookie now.
Neutrality Man
The problem with the above is: Chimeratech's ATK is dependant on Fusion Material to Fusion Summon, and this card doesn't say it's treated as a Fusion Summon. CO has 0/0 ecause it wasn't Fusion Summoned
