If you control 2 "Lightsworn" monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). While you control this face-up card, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your hand. During either player's turn: You can tribute 1 other monster you control; this card gains ATK equal to 500 x the number of "Lightsworn" monsters with different names in your Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Luke, Lightsworn Bulwark" once per Duel. During your End Phase: Place 1 Light Counter on this card for each "Lightsworn" monster with different name sent from your Deck to the Graveyard this turn. During your Standby Phase: You can remove all Light Counters on this card (min. 2); apply one of the following effects depending on the number of Counters removed from this card. ●2: Negate the effects of a face-up monster on the field until the End Phase. ●3+: Discard 1 card, then draw 2 cards.

It looks like it was made to stop people from derping with Judgement Dragon but like royal oppression you would just do all the fun stuff first and end with this dude. His effects seem balanced. But it seems like it would be a late game card meaning that his effects to plus at the end seem like they wouldn't get much play. Nevertheless it is a pretty decent lightsworn card.

i really like the concept that came out when i was making it...the name, the pic, the fact that is a rock... maybe is a bit situational, but however isn't hard to bring out lumina+lyla then him 6 or more mills in the end phase and then get its eff in next turn...and it can reach a serious ATK too!
