For the ATK and DEF use ? instead of 0000 The summoning condition is fine but you should explain the effect "This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the combin monsters sent to the graveyard."? did you mean: "This cards ATK and DEF are equal to the combined ATK of the monsters sent to the Graveyard by this effect."? Other than that this card seems interesting, It's a swarming Beatstick. With it's ATK and DEF being strong, along with Dragon's easy revival, this card may reach the OP status, but as is, without comparing to other cards, this seems alright.
