Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 level 4 or higher Fiend-Type monster with 1000 or less DEF in your Graveyard; Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. Your opponent cannot target face-up Fiend-Type monsters for attacks, except this one. You can only control 1 "Jiial the Fiend's Caretaker".

 

CnC & OCG fixes are welcome etc.

The card design looks cool ~~~

Effect is just neat, seems like Fables (and probably Fiend-type in general) would have a huge advantage with this ( if it's ever printed..)

I dunno....it seems fine, but at the same time it doesn't.

Really its just a lot of power and new tactics for a deck that doesn't really need them. Not OP, but rather more stuff to do. 

I'd say 8/10 if I had to put a number on it. Nicely done.
