2 Level 1 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Look at the top 3 cards of either player's Deck, then return them all to the top or to the bottom of the Deck, in any order. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) while it has Xyz Material: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; take control of that target.

Really into Lovecraft for some reason, for the 4th time in my life.

Think the second effect might be broken.

Well, it is indeed a little broken. Getting rid of your opponent's next 3 cards that could have had key importance in their game, is a bit too much. And moreover, this stalls the opponent because they can't kill it or they'll lose control of 1 monster. At least, i'd change this to "your opponent chooses 1 monster they control and give you control of it".

It's not? I mean, sure you get to pick what your opponent draws, but that's not really broken, it's just annoying in a trollish way. How does it stall? It forces your opponent to play around it, similar to what Maiden with Eyes of Blue.

Also, what if they don't have any monsters?
