Top Deck'n Highlander Format

This format was not created by me, it was made by a user from DGz in 2011, Im just trying to bring it back because it seems interesting.

 

Rules

 

- When the duel starts, both players have ZERO cards in hand.

 

- Every card that's legal under the current Advanced format banlist (while accounting for the banlist changes listed below) is limited to 1 per deck. In other words, you can only run 1 copy of any given card in a deck (or Extra Deck).

 

- Hand Size limit is 4 cards AT ALL TIMES (except in the instant that, by your opponent's card effect, cards are added to your hand exceeding the limit of 4. In which case, you would discard cards from your hand until you have 4 cards during the turn player's End Phase).

 

- During the End Phase, if the turn player has 4 cards in hand, they may discard 1 card.

 

- [s]The main deck size minimum will remain 40 cards.[/s]The main deck size will be 50 cards just to give a more variety and also this size was played at the start when this format was made and there was nothing wrong with it.

Banlist will still be changed around if people decide to play.

Also I feel like there should be a limited list from the banned cards since not all banned cards are op in this format.

Yeah I changed it to 50.

 

I started banning themed stuff but the list got too big so im hoping if anyone could test with me and people could suggest whats op etc.
