Once per turn: You can send 1 Pyro-type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Cowboy" monsters, during the turn this effect is activated. If you have 3 or more cards in your hand: You can target 1 Machine-type monster in either player's Graveyard; Add that target to your hand.
