Solemn Silver
Target 2 face-up Xyz Monsters on the field; send those monsters to theGraveyard, then Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster, except a "Number" monster, whose Rank is equal to or 1 less than the total Ranks of the sent monsters, and if you do, attach this card to it as an Xyz Material. If you activate this card, your opponent takes nodamage for the rest of this turn. Loyalist
Seems mediocre at best. It is a potential side deck card but I'd rather save space for other things.

evilfusion
It looks like it has potential as a tech...but I don't think it will work that well. For one, it looks like you can only activate if there are targets on the Field whose combined Ranks is equal to (or 1 less) than an Xyz in your Extra Deck. While Rank 8 Decks could see this being used if they run into Rank 4-focused Decks, it's very unwieldy, no matter how awesome it'll be to pull it off using only your opponent's Xyz. Otherwise, you're going to have to use your own, and since you can't Summon Numbers, there isn't really many situations you can really drop something meaningful. Consistency is what makes cards good. Super Poly became amazing once the Omni-HEROs had something for every Attribute (it was already good but it got better for each addition). This card is inconsistent at best.
