Unaffected by your opponent's effect monster's effects. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 2 Winged Beast-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; return this card to the Extra Deck, and if you do, you can return 1 of your banished Tuner monsters to your Graveyard.
