Certain printing method?

Hello, I am here today to ask a question, how can I clear the whole yugioh card except for the gold thing in the corner, and the back. As I am going to print over a card but I need it blank.

 

EDIT: Also, is there any holo tape I can buy? To make my card look ultra rare.

the easiest way is 100% acetone.  Put it on a cotton ball and rub away. If you want to save the box, you'll have to mask it with masking tape or something of the sort to keep from rubbing it off.  and as far as holo tape, I'm not sure..
