First effect is basically a Spellbook tower. 2nd effect, I'm not totally digging it. Suggestions? Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, if you have a Beast-Warrior-Type "Bujin" monster on your side of the field or in your Graveyard: You can return 1 "Bujin" monster from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck, then draw 1 card. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 Xyz "Bujin" monster you control; attach this card to it at Xyz material. While attached that monster gains 400 ATK and DEF.
