Aelita812
To me, the Ghostricks are one of the most interesting archetypes out there, in terms of their backstory, art, and effects. They're the package deal for me, and they can't get any more perfect. I love how they're all based off scary monsters, but are instead as cute as can be, and are generally mild mannered. So I got to thinking, what about an archetype based on something typically fun and cute, but are instead the opposites of Ghostricks? Releasing the Light-Attribute monster set Cirqilles, they've come to spirit you away! Since the Ghostrick name was a mixture of Ghost and Trick, I took Cirque / Circus and melded it with Kill / Killed to form Cirqille. ( It's pronounced 'Sir-Kill'. ) Well, here they are, any opinions are appreciated, since this is my first REAL archetype! The Loving Cirqille Family: Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is summoned: Target 1 monster on the field with "C-Counters", remove all "C-Counters" from that card then target "Cirqille" cards in your graveyard less than or equal to the number of "C-Counters" removed. If you do, shuffle the targeted cards into your deck. Once per turn, if this card was battled an opponent's attacking monster, add 1 "Cirqille" Spell/Trap card from your deck to your hand. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls with "C-Counters"; its ATK decreases by the combined original ATK of all "Cirqille" monsters currently on the field, until your opponent's next End Phase, but if it does, your monsters may only attack that target this turn. 2 Level 3 Monsters Your opponent cannot target other "Cirqille" monsters, or any face-down Defense Position monsters, for card effects. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove all "C-Counters" on this card. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster with "C-Counters" your opponent controls: send that target to the graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Cirqille Mastermind" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 other "Cirqille" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Cirqille Support During each player's standby phase,"C-Counter" on all face-up monsters equal to the amount of "Cirqille" cards on the field. Monsters with a "C-Counter" cannot be destroyed by battle if they are in face-up Attack Position. When a monster with a "C-Counter" battles with an opponent's monster, remove all "C-Counters" from the attacking monster. During each player's end phase, destroy all face-up monsters without "C-Counters". When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, remove all "C-Counters" on the field (minimum 1) to return this card to the hand; if you do, field spell cards and their effects cannot be activated this turn. Gregory the Gregory
Why does the snack worker have so much attack?
Aelita812
Oh, when I was thinking about them, I had the Ghostricks in mind! So basically, their attacks are their counterpart's inverted. Snack Worker is the counterpart of Ghostrick Mary, who has 100 / 1600 ATK / DEF respectively. So if anything, if you really need a quick beatstick, you could put out Snack Worker towards the end of the game when the field's pretty clear and end it. Gregory the Gregory
Its just weird because the monster with the highest attack in this deck is a level 1.
Aelita812
Whoops, I just realized I had uploaded the old version of Ringmaster instead of the newest one. I forgot to flip his stats, so he should have the highest attack out of all of them right now. I'm thinking about changing his effect, since he'd essentially be very useless in the beginning of the game without their field spell out..
