This monster is based on the NFL team the Indianapolis Colts as they are currently constituted with starting Quarterback Andrew Luck. Regardless of whether or not you are football fan or a Colts fan let me know whether this card's effect and stats are balanced.

It doesn't seem too bad. Sure you're getting to destroy a monster but having to skip your whole battle phase and it has to be a monster with less than 2000 DEF. If anything I would say it is under-powered. I would diffidently change the wording though. To make it easier to understand.

During your End Phase, if you did not conduct your Battle Phase this turn, and this card is in Attack Position: You can target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls, that has less DEF than this card's ATK; destroy that target, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference between this card's ATK and the destroyed monster's DEF.

EDIT: I must have been kinda tired when I first read that because I thought it mentioned having to have a lower DEF, not sure if you meant for it to be that way or not.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll increase this card's attack to 2300, and have it be any monster on the field that has six or lower stars. It can conduct an attack the turn the controller of the card uses this effect but it cannot attack the opponent directly. If the destroyed monster is in defense position and has less defense points than this card has attack points deal the difference as damage to your opponent. This isn't the exact wording but its the gist of the improvements I'm thinking about using for the card and getting rid of the original effects. What do you think of these improvements?
