Slinky
Quinton/V utilizes a space-like deck that revolves around the summoning and support of his Ace Monster (Number 9: Dyson Sphere), and its chaos form (Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere). My version has a distinct focus on Rank 9, but can and will utilize lower ranks to help support his higher rank monsters. The inspiration of this comes from the extreme similarity between the Satellites and the Dysons. So without further ado, here we go~ Monsters: 19 3x Deep-Space Cruiser IX 2x Deep-Space Carrier IX 3x Satellite Base (GX anime card, retooled) 3x Satellite Cannon 2x Dyson Satellite 3x Satellite Enhancer 1x Solar Wind Jammer 1x Satellite Core 1x Planet Pathfinder Magic: 15 2x Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force 1x Return Rank-Up (No difference from anime form) 2x Machine Duplication 1x Monster Reborn 2x Satellite Construction Lab 1x Magic Summon Breakdown (Retooled) 1x Hologram Projection (Retooled) 1x Inferno Reckless Summon 1x Satellite Fusion 1x Malevolent Flash (No difference from anime) 1x Gravity Blaster 1x Tannhauser Gate Traps: 6 2x Space Gate (Retooled) 1x Micron Force (Retooled) 1x Monopole Chain (Retooled) 1x Neverending Nightmare (No difference from anime version) 1x Elastic Space (Retooled) Extra Deck: 13 1x Satellite Laser Balsam X-06S (GX anime card, retooled) 2x Number 9: Dyson Sphere 1x Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere 2x Number 90: Dyson Reverse Sphere 1x Number C90: Chaos Dyson Reverse Sphere 1x Number 99: Dyson Bubble 1x Number C99: Chaos Dyson Bubble 1x Satellite Ray - Dyson Base 1x Satellite Ray - Dyson Cannon 1x Satellite Ray - Dyson Core 1x Mirage Fortress Enterprisenir Deep-Space Carrier IX LIGHT/Machine/Level 9 You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. Qliphort Tool
This is amazing set, I love this  Carrier is interesting, the satellite engine also works well and fit the theme Magic Summon Breakdown is kinda broken, it's effect that can be activated at any time unlike Cold Wave is really broken, you can just activate it after you spam anything you could Monopole Chain doesn't need that last clause, if the only monster you control cannot be attacked, then your opponent monsters are unable to attack at all (same way as Earthbound Immortals did) The Xyz monsters are all fine, except C90 Rank-up effect that I feel it's so random
Slinky
its card effect only. You can still Cyber Dragon or BLS, or XYZ, you just can't Special summon a monster through an effect. Its not as bad as you seem to think it is. In addition to Cyber Dragon/BLS, it does not negate summon conditions, so stuff like GEPD, etc. can still be special summoned. It just stops you from doing stuff like Call of the Haunted, or Tin Goldfish As for Monopole. I felt it needed to be specified. as the effects are too varied on what fully restricts and what allows you to attack directly. Number 90 is the opposite of Number 9 09 --> 90 As such the effect is the exact opposite. Instead of burning life points, it recovers them. 99 is hilarious though, as it puts your opponent in a predicment, let a monster die for varied damage, or take a solid 1000. and C99 is flat out hard to get rid of. But given their summoning conditions its perfectly fine the way they are.
Qliphort Tool
I still think cold wave-like for Special Summoning is too much, even only by effect, but almost monsters in the game rely on it. this card is a kind of card that say "No, you can't play yugioh" which are always bad imo. as for Monopole, yea I just realized that you want to stop direct attack as well, it's fine then
Vector Nightmare
Er yeah what the guys said, Magic Summon Breakdown should not exist. Make it stop only summons from Spell and Trap cards, and it should be fine. Overall I like how you mixed the Satellite cards in to make the deck able to churn out more Ranks than just 9. I feel Carrier IX is too much. I don't feel comfortable about 2-card N92. I want a Level restriction on Hologram Projection, 6 or higher. Making the deck able to summon more Ranks is good - easy toolbox for just about any Xyz monster including some of the best (Pleiades etc) is not. Micron Force seems useless to me. But I understand why you'd want to put in an anime card without tweaking it too much. Still I'd rather you gave it a more relevant effect. Probably my least favorite card in this is N90 and its Chaos forms. There's so much interesting stuff you could've done with 90 as a Dyson upgrade, and instead you did a reverse Dyson Sphere. Named... Reverse Dyson Sphere. I have my own fake Dyson N90 if you want it. N99 not being rank 9 feels... wrong, furthermore unnecessary here, besides providing an additional challenge to summon it in its intended deck (but making it easier to summon in other decks). Also, it feels kinda weak. Definitely deserving a stat boost or effect boost. But its effect is pretty nice so I suggest bumping the stats to like 3600 or so. C99 is better, but I don't see why the summon restriction. If you can get 4 level 11s on the field, you deserve this and more. The Satellite+Dyson Xyz trio all feel outclassed tbh except maybe Base. I'd never ever want Core over a couple of Felgrands. Overall good set though.
Slinky
You need to reread Hologram. You cant summon Pleiades with it anyway. it restricts to Satellite and Dyson Xyzs. I chose Reverse because of the Numberlineup. 09 and 90. Kinda shabby I know, but my brain was out of ideas. Would love to see your idea though. Although, I should note. It wasnt meant to be a #9 Upgrade. I wanted both to have specific uses (#9 attacks directly, #90 attacks everything on the field). Basically, it was meant to be its brother with #99 as the "upgrade" And, the main use of Dyson Cannon is its ability to net an additional 3 materials to your stuff. (think attaching it to C9 for even more ludicrous burn damage). I may have gone overboard making it once per duel, but adding it to Dyson Core pretty much allows it to be a 6k Direct attacker. I did say the lower ranks are meant to support the higher ones. The rest is just gravy. I purposely made it so you that could could IRS Dyson Base/Dyson Cannon to spam out Satellite Base and Satellite Cannon. Micron Force was meant to combo with Elastic Space here (which was buffed). in the anime. Micron Force was a trap version of Dreadroot, when i checked back later, it only affected 1 target, so I reverted it back to its Dreadroot form but with restrictions. I only put that last effect so I wouldnt be putting in Elastic Space without a use. C99s summoning restrictions are based on C88. it requires a rank-up magic to be summoned, and was supposed to pun off that. I made the base rank 10, because we needed a rank 10 number, and figured this was the best option to do so. Probably should have kept it as rank 9 though. Vector Nightmare
You need to reread Hologram. You cant summon Pleiades with it anyway. it restricts to Satellite and Dyson Xyzs. Woops. Ok. Guess it's pretty fair then. Basically, it was meant to be its brother with #99 as the "upgrade" I'll PM them to you. And, the main use of Dyson Cannon is its ability to net an additional 3 materials to your stuff. Yeah ok but... using 2x5 for that feels quite a waste, even with the support padding you've given Dysons. It's not a bad R5 by any means, even without the last effect, just outclassed. And for the last effect you'd need both this and an actual target which, well, wouldn't be too easy, depending on the decks you face. But I do not dislike the concept. Fair enough. I don't actually have a problem with it. Just, I wouldn't really be running it in this deck (or just about any deck tbh). C99s summoning restrictions are based on C88. it requires a rank-up magic to be summoned, and was supposed to pun off that. I made the base rank 10, because we needed a rank 10 number, and figured this was the best option to do so. Probably should have kept it as rank 9 though. Thing is, C88 has the restriction because it's an alt wincon, so that Konmai could shove our way some theoretically easy way to get 4x9 -and- an easy way to dump mats without C88 format rearing its head. Not like that would ever happen but they were probably just being overly cautious. And by cautious I mean retarded. What I'm getting at is that there's really no reason why this should have the same restriction. I don't have a problem with it as it doesn't affect balance at all, it's one of those cards which you're a retard if you try to summon it without Rank up, but I just don't really like the fact that it's there. Still think it should be R9 though. Oh, and I do insist on Carrier IX getting the same restriction as Hologram. At least make it only able to Xyz into Machines.
