Death Knight Posted March 9, 2014 Report Share Posted March 9, 2014 Phantom of the Monarchs Attribute: DARK Level: 6 Type: Fiend ATK: 1000/DEF: 2400 Effect: During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, If you do not control a "Phantom of the Monarchs" and your opponent control a monster: You can Special Summon this card. You must have at least 1 Level 6 "Monarch" monster in your Graveyard to activate and resolve this effect. When this card is Special Summoned: Choose one of the following effects and it gains that effect. •:If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon, you can Tribute Summon 1 Level 6 or higher monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gains this effect once per turn.) •:Once per turn: You can target 1 "Monarch" monster in your Graveyard; banish that monster and this card's Attribute become that monster's, and can be treated as 2 Tributes for a Tribute Summon of a monster with the same Attribute as this card but if you do, you can Special Summon any monsters for the rest of the turn.
