This is a new arch type that I am going to start making.

This is only the first card so it's not to late to stop making it if too suckish.

Ever Evolving Beast - Fluff Ball

[Beast/Effect]

300 ATK / 900 DEF

If there is another monster on your side of the field; this card cannot be targeted for attacks. This cards level cannot be changed. During your end phase, roll a six-sided die. Special summon an "Ever-Evolving Beast" who's level is equal to the outcome of the rolled die divided in half rounded down.

This seems redundant. If its level can't be changed, why would you add "this card's current level" when the only way its level would change is if its effects are negated, which would mean you can't activate the die roll effect anyway? And why would you round down the result of rolling a six-sided die? It's already a whole number.
