The Forgotten Giant - Tururuk

This card comes from a set I'm building, "Lords of Giants" is his name, I'm still working on some more cards, but for the time being, I'll post this one.

 

He's a very handy card for my set, and ueful to it in many ways(though his effects could benefits more than just my set) his lore is longer than usual, but don't worry, he's a one of few.

 

 

Lore:

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field. You can immediately Special Summon this card from your hand If you took more than 2000 damage to your Life Points in a single effect or attack, If you do, halve this card's ATK and DEF and he's now treated as a Level 4 monster while on the field. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can target one monster card on the field, decrease or increase its Level by 1.

but the first effect is sort of more for his fellow "Giants" purpose or the set itself.

I can imagine some fun shenanigans with Pyramid Turtle on the field and this in the hand. The art looks a bit too much like Magic the Gathering for my tastes, but I won't hold that against it. I don't know how he fit's in with the rest of the Giant's archtype but he seem's interesting on his own. I give it a 7/10.
