VictorSempra
If there is 1 or more monster(s) on the field of the controller of this card, his/her opponent cannot place a monster on the field if his/her number of monsters would exceed the number of monsters that are on the field of this card's controller. The cards that are already on the field before this card's activation are unaffected by this effect. God, I loved this card back in the day. In the prehistoric days of Yu-Gi-Oh, I'd use this in conjunction with things like Patrician Of Darkness, really give my opponents a sense of dread (mostly my best friend, but still). I feel like this could still see some play nowadays, even if it's not the greatest card to be running. Thoughts?
Daigusto Sphreez
Well it does still see play in some decks, namely any deck that can happily sit on one card and gain advantage, while preventing your opponent from xyz'ing or synchro'ing (so decks like bujins, maybe battlin' boxers) I see a lot of bujin players run this card, and I personally share the sense of dread your friend has, it always annoys me in some way I find.
