Rank-Down support?

Hey. Anyone watching the recent Zexal episodes would have seen some new Rank-Up-Magic cards, so I figured, why not support Ranking Down?

So I threw these together - they've been in my head for a while and I'd appreciate some feedback. Thanks!

Double-Rank-Down-Magic Overlay Rain:

Target 1 Xyz Monster you control with at least 2 Xyz Materials: Special Summon, from your Extra Deck, 2 Xyz Monsters with the same Attribute as that monster you control but of lower Ranks. (The Special Summoned monsters cannot have the same Rank. This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.) Then, detach 2 Xyz Materials from that target, and if you do, attach 1 of them to each monster Special Summoned by this effect as an Xyz Material. The target monster cannot attack or activate its effects this turn.

 

Rank-Down Supplement:

If you control at least 2 Xyz Monsters that have the same Attribute but have different Ranks: you can equip this card to the Xyz Monster you control of that Attribute with the lowest Rank (your choice, if tied). Then, attach all Xyz Monsters you control of the same Attribute but a higher Rank to that monster as Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to those monster(s) also become Xyz Materials on the equipped monster.) The equipped monster gains 300 ATK for every Xyz Material attached to it and its Rank increases by the total Ranks of the attached Xyz Monsters, while this card is equipped. During your Battle Phase, you can send this equipped card to the Graveyard: the equipped monster can declare a second attack during every Battle Phase this turn.

Full Armored - Lancer of Utopia:

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 4 LIGHT Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card). This card gains 400 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. After damage calculation, if this card attacked: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from it; it can declare a second attack during this Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed: you can Special Summon 1 Rank 1 LIGHT Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck and attach this card from the Graveyard to it as an Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.)

Rank-Down-Magic The Fallen One:

Target 1 Xyz Monster you control with at least 1 Xyz Material: Special Summon, from your Graveyard, 1 Xyz Monster with the same Attribute as that monster you control but of a lower Rank. Then detach 1 Xyz Material from that target and attach it to the monster Special Summoned by this effect. The target monster cannot activate its effects. While you control that monster: the monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack. [Is this last bit good/ bad/ ugly?]
