Neutrality Man
Since both Players can have active Field Spells at the same time now, I came up with this: Scouting Territory Continuous Spell When this card is activated: Both players reveal their hands until the End Phase; if there is a Field Spell card in either player's hand, that player activates that Field Spell card. While this card is face-up on the Field: Field Spell cards cannot be destroyed, and Field Spell cards cannot be activated, except by this card's effect. There can only be 1 face-up "Scouting Territory" on the Field. The general idea is to have this, Exchange, and 2 different Field Spells that work well together in your hand. (e.g. Venom Swamp and Black Garden) You set Scouting Territory, along with other cards until your hand is only the two Field Spells, then Activate Exchange forcing your opponent to take one, at which point you activate Scouting Territory, locking the Field with both of your Field Spells. Mighty Joe Young
Interesting idea, if you can get the field spells you want and scouting territory in hand. It's basically "Dragged Down into the Grave" for Field Spells with a Field Barrier effect.
Neutrality Man
Honestly I'm trying to make Exchange relevant again.
