So I tried making Entermate Cards...[feat. Pendulum Monsters!]

Entermate Shocking Squid

Level 7

WATER

Aqua-Type

ATK/1300 DEF/1700

 

Pendulum Scale=6

Pendulum Effect: During your End Phase, you can discard 1 card; Return this card to your hand.

Monster Effect: Once per turn, you can increase the Pendulum Scale of 1 monster in your Pendulum Zone by up to 2 until the End Phase. You can only Special Summon once during the turn you activate this effect.

 

Entermate Marvel Papillon

Level 5

WIND

Insect-Type

ATK/1200 DEF/2300

 

Pendulum Scale=8

Pendulum Effect: If you control a Level 7 or higher monster, once per turn: You can inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent.

Monster Effect: When a Pendulum Monster you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or by card effect); You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card was Special Summoned this way; Monsters you currently control with 1500 ATK or lower cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects.

 

Entermate Jubilee Jaguar

Level 7

DARK
Beast-Type

ATK/2000 DEF/2500

 

Pendulum Scale=2

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; It loses 400 ATK until the End Phase.

Monster Effect: During the End Phase, if this card did not declare an attack, you can discard 1 card; Place this card in one of your unoccupied Pendulum Zones.

 

Entermate Clown Chimp

Level 4

LIGHT
Beast Warrior-Type

ATK/1500 DEF/1500

 

When this card is Pendulum Summoned, if you control 2 other monsters with different types: Double this card's ATK until the End Phase. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, you can send this card to the Graveyard; Target 1 Pendulum Monster with 1500 or less ATK in your Graveyard except "Entermate Clown Chimp" and add it to your hand. You can only control 1 "Entermate Clown Chimp".

 

Entermate Tandem Elephant

Level 5

EARTH

Beast-Type

ATK/1700 DEF/2400

 

When this card is Pendulum Summoned, it gains the following effect:

-Once per turn, you can select 1 other face-up card you control; destroy it and draw 1 card. You must control an "Entermate", "Magician", or "Odd-Eyes" in 1 of your Pendulum Zones to activate and resolve this effect.

 

Entermate Puzzling Hippo

Level 3

EARTH

Beast-Type

ATK/900 DEF/500

 

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you control another "Hippo" or "Entermate" monster: You can add 1 Level 7 or higher monster from your Deck to your hand. You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can target 1 "Entermate" monster in your Graveyard; add it to the top of your deck.

 

Pendulum Equilibrium

Normal Spell

 

Send 2 monsters in your Pendulum Zones to the Graveyard; Draw 2 cards.

 

Hippo Fiesta

Normal Trap

 

If the difference of Pendulum Scales of monsters you control in your Pendulum Zone is 1-3; Special Summon an equal amount of Hippo Tokens (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/ DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field. Battle damage your opponent takes is halved until the End Phase.

 

Pendulum monsters looked cool so I might as well give it a try. If you dunno how the new mechanic works then look it up and learn it...then you can come back here. But do any of you think this is going in the right direction?
