When this card is targeted by your opponent's monster during their Battle Phase:  you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Level 8 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Graveyard in face-up DEF position. That card's effect is negated.

Please give feedback on the card and feel free to let me know if anything's wrong with it. It's been awhile since i've made cards so hopefully, I did a good job for just returning from a hiatus.

OCG Fix:

While you do not control any cards on the Field,: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned using this effect: you can tribute this card can be Sacrificed to; Special Summon 1 Level 8 Light LIGHT or Dark DARK attribute monster from your Deck.

This card is too easy to bring out some of the heavy hitters. For example: galaxy-eyes, kristya, archfiend emperor. These monsters have high levels and Summoning conditions to balnce their effects, but Celestial Slime completely bypasses that. You can even Xyz a Rank 8 in one turn:
Special Summon Slime; normal summon galaxy wizard; use wizard's eff; Use Slimes effect to bring out galaxy-eyes; Xyz with wizard and galaxy-eyes.

The first effect is okay but maybe add a restriction on the second effect.

Edited and hopefully that's a little better
