ExtremeG
So I've been working the kinks out of this for a while. Tracker Cards are a new Type of Spell and Trap Card that revolves around using Points to activate their effects. You can reduce the Points of these card to activate other effects, not to mention that can be used in a variety of ways. Tracker cards remain face-up on the field until the run out of points, after which they are sent to the Graveyard. A Tracker's POINTS are constant to the card until they are altered. Mathematician monsters are an archetype that I created to support Tracker cards and play off the Point system. ExtremeG
Thought of this just to show that Tracker Cards can be used for a bunch of different things.
Zextra
Your cards introduce a completely new mechanic, which means that they belong in Any Other Cards and will be moved there accordingly. Also, just for future reference, Written Cards are for cards without images that are solely in text form (which means no card frame).
liavcol
Honestly, if you'll give those cards artworks - they will be super cool. Please do so ...
