Number 21: Overjelly Cyclone Rank 3 | WIND Xyz / Effect 2 Level 3 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card to target 1 of your banished level 3 or lower WIND monsters: Special Summon that target. That Monster's Effect Is negated and is destroyed during the End Phase. You Can Only Use The Effect Of "Number 21: Overjelly Cyclone" once per turn.
