You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card;  Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, this card gains this effect:

• This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Level 4 or lower Ritual Monster.  You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels are more than or equal to the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon.  A Ritual Monster Ritual Summoned by this effect cannot be destroyed by battle.

You probably want to say "detach 2 Xyz Materials", not "detach 2 Xyz monsters". The latter would require some wonky shenanigans to happen.

So this turns your TGUs into Sonic Birds that only work on LV4 or lower Rituals that set up your Graveyard with Releaser or Prognosticator, with the tradeoff of being unable to be used as Tribute itself. On the other hand, you don't have to run the cloggy Ritual Spells.

It almost sounds too good until you realize LV4 or lower Rituals suck and you have to run higher Level ones if you want to win, at which point your deck becomes seriously inconsistent. There's two exceptions I can think of really - Relinquished.dek and some wonky Doriado deck. It sounds like it could do some major stuff with Relinquished, but IDK.

There doesn't seem to be a one-button-buff you can apply without breaking it somehow. All I can think of is some Banish-this-from-Graveyard effect that nets you a small plus based on Rituals.
