I'll do a semi-detailed review, as opposed to just "10/10" "omg amazing" and other things of that nature. This card looks like it has a lot of potential, but I think it's somewhat underpowered.

If you summon it with its first effect, it will only have 1000 ATK. I don't see many monsters with less than 1000 ATK being played in attack position, so this effect seems insignificant for its first effect. When summoned otherwise, this effect is decent. Monarchs and Jinzo will run over it in no time, but 2000 ATK is nothing to be laughed at. Beefing it up with Equipments and effects that give it piercing would make this card devastating.

An attempt at balancing this card's double-the-damage effect. Assuming this means 2000 or more damage from a single attack, and not total, I'd say this effect is relatively balanced. I don't think that it will ever be needed if it was summoned with 1000 ATK, since it will have a hard enough time surviving on the field to deal 2000 damage. Summoning it any other way, though, this seems like a heavy stipulation to want to keep using it.

You won't get much out of this, but it is a nice fallback to the inevitable destruction by battle that summoning this card with 1000 ATK will have.

 

 

 

Overall, I think that it's a good attempt at balance, but falls further towards the weak side. If it had higher base ATK, it would be a better force to be reckoned with, so to speak.

 

A level 7 with 2600 would be respctable. 1300 ATK actually gets somewhere, and 2600 ATK can actually stand up to most of the threats in YGO. These are all just my opinions, but I don't think the card is strong enough to hold the balance its effects set with only 2000 ATK. :/

 

 

Overall, I give it an 8/10, and hopefully what I said justifies my opinion. I've got nothing against you, but I don't think it's strong enough to need so many restrictions on its power.

It means alot more than a normal rate to me (no offence people). Yeah, I tried to balance it out, but I actually made the card, then could not think of what it's ATK should be =/

Yeah, that was the intention, when I make a card, I not only try to make it good by itself, but I also try to balance it when a person tries to make it stronger, it's a cool way to think XD

Ummm, good question, I think, i'm not shure anymore, but I think my intention was for it to be from the initial attack, not counting other effects that may happen as a result of the attack, so, i'm gonna go with just the attack, but I need to find a way to word it so it's not so confusing, lol
