You can only Summon 1 "Ocean Traveler" once per turn. Cursed Seas Wanderer [Level 4/WATER/Aqua/Effect/1600/1200] When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your Deck to your hand. You must control a face-up "Umi" to activate and to resolve this effect. You can only use the effect of "Cursed Seas Wanderer" once per turn. Underwater Mysteries Unearthing [Normal Spell] You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your hand. You cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except WATER monsters. You must control a face-up "Umi" to activate and to resolve this effect.
