I decided to make this card for win the duel when used,so here it go:

Miracle Relic 7:

Continuous Spell Card

Effect:  This card cannot leave the field except by its own Effect.This card can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1.When this card is activated Banish your entire hand(Min.2),Draw 7 Cards and then End your Turn.You cannot Draw or Discard cards.Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after its activation.When this card leaves the field your opponent wins the duel.You can only activate 1 "Miracle Relic 7" per Duel.

 

Any suggestions of upgrades or downgrades in the card is welcome ^^.

Totally not broken at all. Obviously it's balanced, I mean, your opponent wins seven turns after you used this. Discarding your entire hand is a great cost, it's not like it's an effect, or anything.

 

Seriously though, this card is beyond broken. It will, literally, win games on it's own. Considering Soul Charge exists, and things like Fabled and Dark World and Lightsworns and Bujin and Shadolls and every deck ever can abuse this. You're opponent wins 7 turns after you use this? You'll probably win the turn you use this.

 

"I activate Miracle Relic 7. I discard 5 different Lightsworns, draw seven cards, the mill 1 because of the Minerva I discarded. Oh, look, Solar Recharge. Look, another Solar Recharge. Okay, now I summon JD. Anything? No? Okay, blow the field. Now I summon 2 more JD. GG"

 

I have no idea what you were thinking when you made this. I honestly have no idea how to balance this without making it a new card.
