Heavyweight Samurai Shield-200 "Kenok"

Level 5 Effect Monster

EARTH Machine

500 ATK / 2200 DEF

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: you can change its battle position. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Special Summon 1 "Heavyweight Samurai" monster from your hand or Graveyard; it cannot declare an attack this turn.

Big Ben's Ultimatum

Continuous Spell Card

While this card is face-up on the field: your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the Normal or Special Summon of a "Heavyweight Samurai" monster. At the end of the damage step when a "Heavyweight Samurai" monster attacked and did not inflict battle damage: your opponent selects and activates 1 of the following effects.

• Target 1 face-up monster you control; take damage equal to that monster's ATK.

• Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; take damage equal to that monster's DEF.

So, does 200 actually factor into Benkei stuff?

And Ultimatum seems really situational, unless there's something I'm missing.

200 is a Giant Rat target that can later lead into further field control, as basically an OPT searcher for all the other Heavyweights, including Ben-K if you somehow Set him and they attack into him.

Ultimatum is meant to be used more for if your opponent has a bunch of set/Defense mode monsters, thus you can still do damage even if they have a wall set up. It also prevents them from stopping the effects of the Heavyweights to change their battle positions.

I meant in terms of flavor.

All of the Heavyweights reference Ben Kei to some degree.
