Heroic Challenger Bagh

Earth/Warrior/4/100/2000

When this card attacks or is attacked while in attack mode, this card gains half of the battling monster's ATK points and the battling monster looses half of its ATK points (this change lasts until the end of the turn). You can only use the effect of "Heroic Challenger Bagh" once per battle phase.

I found a new favorite Archetype; Heroics. I based this one of of the Bagh nakh, a type of weapon thieves used in the Indian Subcontinent. What do you think of the effect?

Just the nit-picker in me, but all heroic monsters have a "-" between the title and the name.

Honestly I don't really care much for this card, but that's probably because of the way I play heroics, as the card itself is not bad.  I think that you should lower the defense, as most people would use it attack position anyway, and there is already swordshield for defense.  As I said, I personally wouldn't run this, but that's simply because it is a little on the slower side and I don't really have the room.

7 or 8/10 because of its ability to get you out of a tough spot.

OK, glad to know there is another person who likes Heroic monsters. What do you think of my signature?

If you actually were able to make number 86 with those monsters i have to give you a slow applause.  I just do thousand blades with either blue mountain butterspy or copy knight (or with just 1 monster already on the field), effect for extra, inferno reckless summon.  Then 86 has 6000 attack.

Just a quick thing i forgot to mention about the card.  The heroic challangers are named after infantry-type weapons or military positions, while the champions are named after legendary weapons.  Therefore your name kinda fits the theme, but its more of an assassin type-weapon than anything else.

I guess you're right. Although, with the anti-normal/special summon effect with Number 86, along with the effect protection, 86 could finish off the opponent in two turns if using the two extra swords or ANY monsters that increase an Xyz ATK upon summoning the Xyz monster.
