Other than that this would be rather under-powered because it would be a right pain to get two tributes for a low-stat mediocre effect card. Maybe drop the level to 6. Anyway, the card is very underwhelming since it needs a -2 to summon and then only gains you 1 card afterwards. Drop the Level to 6 or change it to when it is Special Summoned, then it could be good.
