Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, then target one other "Lucky" monster with a different level on your side of the field and this card. If the roll result is a number between these two level monsters, then change both of their levels to the die result. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect:
@ When it is Xyz Summoned: Draw 1 card. If that card was a "Lucky" card then, draw 1 more card.
I know for sure the wording is off so I really need CnC >~<

Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, then target this card and 1 other "Lucky" monster you control with a different Level to this card. If the number rolled is between the Levels of the targeted monsters: Change both of their levels to the number rolled. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect:
@ When this card is Xyz Summoned: Draw 1 card. If this card is a "Lucky" card: Draw 1 more card.

That should be slightly better OCG, though I'm no expert on die rolling stuff.

It seems incredibly situational and only has a decent chance of going off in the other monster's Level is 6 or more. Even then, there is still a chance you get a 1 and fail completely. That is always the case with die rolling effects though and I tend never to opt for them. Obviously this is the theme of this Archetype you are creating so I'm not going to ask you to change it. Maybe give it another effect like if the result was not between the Levels of the 2 targeted monsters then they all become Level 1 or something? Then you could still go for a Rank 1 or a Formula Synchron.

Thanks for the OCG fix ^^

Also, I try to give my cards a slight "restriction" in a way so they can't become OP.

I like this.  Its not very reliable, but I could see a deck based around this if it gets enough support.  I mean we have a deck based on coin flips (arcana force), so why not dice?

Also, it might just be the coder in me, but I think you have your if/then statement backwards in your OCG:

Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, then target this card and one other "Lucky" monster with a different level on your side of the field and this card; roll a six sided die. If the roll result is a number between these two the levels of the two monsters, then change both of their the levels of both monsters to the die result. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this the following effect:

@ When it is Xyz Summoned: Draw 1 card, then, If that card was is a "Lucky" card then, draw 1 more card.

The way you had it worded one could roll the die without two monsters (idk why you would, but you could).
